City process & meetings
What is on an agenda, what Council voted on, and how to find primary records and public input opportunities.

What the available records say
Summaries below draw on historical posts and the City records linked under Sources. An agenda item is a proposal; minutes are the record of Council action. Later developments may not yet be reflected here.
Agenda versus decision
A meeting preview identifies what Council was scheduled to consider. It is not proof that an item passed. Adopted motions should be checked against the official minutes.
Finding records
The City’s meeting records page provides agendas and minutes and offers a separate official subscription for meeting notices. That mailing list is operated by the City, not Weise Updates.
